Resellers have complete control of the system. Below is a list of features and functions all resellers have. 

Manage All Users

At the reseller level you can drill down into any customer's account right through to their individual domains components, such as email accounts. Resellers are given access to all of the features and functions of the customer level.

Manage All Domains 

As a reseller you can view, edit and remove domains  Further functions that can be performed for a domain.

Customer Plan Management

Resellers can create plans for customers to purchase within their own control panels.Plans can be individually tailored to the individual customers needs.

Sales & Billing Management

Resellers can set up billing for their customers and draw sales reports. As a reseller you are capable of viewing outstanding bills, settle bills online where appropriate or view previous invoices

Internal Messaging

With Helm Resellers can have a smart way of keeping customers up to date with the latest information. System information messages can also sent to the messaging service to inform the administrator or other users of any problems.

DNS Zone Manager

Admin, resellers and customers can add, update and remove zone records. Helm allows customers to specify personal MX and Host (A) records for their domains.

End User Control Interface

At no level of Helm are any users denied the privilege of outstanding control, functions and features.

Customers are no exception.

Within a customer account, several packages can be held of which each can have more than one domain. A customer will  have to log into a single account at one location no matter how many packages or domains they may have.

Add/Remove Packages

Within Helm a customer can purchase as many packages from their reseller as they like.

Add/Remove Domains

Customer himself can add/remove the domain from his control panel. This gives them added benefit to have more control over their choices of hosting domains.

Add/Remove Additional Features

Customers can add and cancel additional features such as web statistics, databases and much more just by a cimple click in their own control panel. This means less headache for you.

Internal Messaging

Customers can view internal messages from their reseller or the administrators. Messages are marked as 'Read' as soon as they are viewed so that a customer can see messages that they have not read before.

Manage Email Accounts

Admin, resellers and customers can add, update and remove email accounts (POP3 accounts). The number of email accounts available for a domain is set at the package level. 

Manage FTP Accounts

Customers can add, update and remove FTP accounts. FTP accounts can be set to have specific read and write permissions. This means a read-only or write-only FTP account can be created at any time.

Manage ODBC DSNs

Customers can add, update and remove ODBC DSNs for MS Access, MS Excel, MySQL (where appropriate) and MS SQL (where appropriate). 

Manage Domain Aliases

Domain aliases will allow a customer to have additional domains that map their website for another domain.

Database Manager

This feature provides a quick overview of the databases that are installed for a domain. This feature is planned to be extended in the future to encompass full database management online.

Manage MIME Types

Admin, resellers and customers can add, update and remove MIME types. This allows a customer to add additional services such as WAP should this not be provided by default.
