This service is FREE to all Dedicated/Co-Location clients and monitors your servers 24 hours a day.  Every three minutes the server is "pinged" along with an "http" status request from the ResellerMarket.Com remote monitoring service. In the event that something fails, a live System Engineer will take Quick Response Recovery (QRR) to handle the situation as clarified by the client. 

This service allows for peace of mind, knowing that 24 hours a day your servers are being consistently watched for any problems.  While other companies provide similar types of service, they often require the client to make the initial contact.  At ResellerMarket.Com, each client has a documented QRR on file which allows the engineers monitoring the server to handle issues quickly
